Training Room (Observation Deck) - Sector 4 - Prometheus Labs

Dr. Neuman thought for a moment, trying to figure out what Prometheus Labs didn't have. The Labs were built to serve all of the Spartans' needs, including recreational activities. The Labs could even go so far as to sustain the its entire population for decades, possibly even centuries. It was true, Prometheus Labs was essentially a space station planted into the ground.

"Hmm, I don't think we have an amusement park here, but I could cook one up with the Hardlight simulator.", Dr. Neuman joked.

Just then, Lily walked in with her new armor. The armor was a little bit different from the male variant. The female variant was fitted to the female form and had sleeker armor plates, to allow greater range of motion. Lily's new armor was the default white color used in the creation process and the visor was gold in color.

"What do you guys think of the new armor? It's movements are slightly erratic, but I should get used to it. I actually feel the difference in strength with this armor. I feel weightless.", Lily commented.

Chung laughed at the doctor's joke, and as soon as Lily came in Chung turned to her in awe. "Sweet armor! You must have went through intense training to wear something like that." Chung said as he walks up to Lily, Destroyer in hand.

"Okay Lily are you ready for the training session? I'm going to need your help to test a few of my armor's functions."

"Okay. What do you need to test?", Lily asked Chung.

Meanwhile, Dr. Neuman was preparing the Hardlight Simulator Engine, warming it up and letting it run diagnostics before the training session.

"Oh just a few techniques, and abilities I have with my gear. That's all." Chung said as he watched Dr. Neuman prepare the engines.

Training Room (Observation Deck) - Sector 4

After a couple of seconds, a faint humming could be heard in the training room below and slowly subsided. The Hardlight Simulator Engine was now in standby mode, ready to be used.

"All done. Now you guys can train.", Dr. Neuman said to Chung and Lily.

"Thank you.", Lily said to Dr. Neuman, then turned her attention over to Chung.

"Let's go.", Lily said as she walked down the observation deck's steps, down into the training room chamber.

Chung nodded as he followed Lily down into the Training room below.

Once Chung was down there his look went from his casual and happy look, into a more serious and battle ready look. Almost like he became a far different person.
Chung then took his Destroyer and grabbed it by the handle. He then slammed the butt of the Destroyer onto the ground while at the same time he pulled a small lever on it, and as he did a clicking sound came from his Destroyer as it reloaded 2 shells into it. Chung then lifted the Destroyer into the air and pulled the same lever twice. Reloading it completely. "Now I'm ready!" He said as he got into a combat stance.

Training Room - Sector 4

"So, are you guys ready?", Dr. Neuman asked Chung and Lily.

"Yep.", Lily said as she smiled in her helmet.

It had been a long time since Lily had to fight multiple targets. There was also the fact that she was wearing MJOLNIR armor instead of the inferior SPI armor. It was time to see what this armor could do.

As soon as Dr. Neuman was given the ok to do so, he activated the training simulation. All of a sudden, a myriad of barricades and obstacles formed inside of the colossal training room, providing Lily and Chung cover. On the other side of the room, Covenant and Promethean forces materialized, first looking like orange silhouettes, then gaining color and looking like real enemies. The Prometheans and Covenant didn't know where Chung and Lily were, so they had the element of surprise.

"Okay Chung, stay behind me and fire. A lot of these guys are deadly when going toe-to-toe against them. I'll keep their attention.", Lily quietly said as one of the Covenant Elites could be heard shouting something in an alien language.

The hunt was on...

Chung turned to Lily then the targets. "Or I have a better idea..." He said as he aimed his Destroyer upwards. "Carpet Bombing!" He yelled as he fired a blue flare from his Destroyer. "Now stay back!" He yelled as suddenly a small blue orb materialized in the air from some vortex. The orb then flew over the enemy and across the room, dropping a barrage of bombs and missiles down onto the covenant. After the first wave one more wave of missiles and bombs flew by. Leaving a trail of destructive explosions over the covenant forces.

((except being used on the covenant and Promethean forces.))

Training Room - Sector 4

The explosions killed off most of the Covenant Grunts and Jackals, and some of the Promethean Crawlers, but not any of the energy shielded forces. After the explosions ceased, angry roars of Elites could be heard.

"I think you pissed them off.", Lily light-heartedly said as she looked at Chung, then back to the battlefield.

A faint humming could be heard overhead, and when Lily looked on her radar, she saw that a red dot was right on top of Chung and herself. Knowing what it was, Lily quickly looked up and saw a Promethean Watcher floating overhead, charging it's Boltshot weapon.





Reacting quickly, Lily grabbed Chung and dashed out of the way before the energy blast slammed into their original position. Lily then quickly pulled out a fragmentation grenade and threw it without priming it. The Promethean Watcher caught the grenade with it's gravity displacement beam and was preparing to throw it back. Now that the Watcher was distracted, Lily looked to Chung and nodded, saying for him to attack the now distracted Watcher.

"Damn they're tough!" He said as he looked at Lily.

"No matter. I've pissed off many opponents before!" He said as he was suddenly grabbed by Lily. Lily then proceeded to jump out of the way of a blast from a Watcher. As soon as Lily distracted the Watcher with a grenade Chung smirked as he quickly fired a small blue blast from his Destroyer, obliterating the Watcher. Chung then turned to the small army and grinned. "Time to go Berserk!" He yelled as he let out a loud roar. When he did suddenly his helmet materialized over his head, as well as a pair of mechanical wings on his back.

When Chung activated his Berserk Mode he slammed his Destryoer on the ground with enough force to create a small shockwave.


"LET'S DO THIS!!!" He yelled with a noticeable growl in his voice. Chung then dashed forward towards the covenant forces. He then slammed his Destroyer down in the middle of the group. As he did a red holographic mark was left on the enemies caught in the small shockwave.

"QUICK ATTACK THE ONES THAT ARE MARKED BY MY COMMANDERS MARK!" Chung yelled as he quickly dashed forward, swinging his Destroyer upwards all the while smacking the Elite right in front of him with the upward swing.

Training Room - Sector 4

Quickly reacting to Chung's advice, Lily sprinted towards the enemies at 50 mph, something she could never do with SPI armor. As she approached, one of the Promethean Knights swung it's Hardlight sword at Lily's head, hoping to decapitate it's target, but Lily quickly ducked under the Promethean Knight's arm, jumped up onto it's back, pulled out her Combat Knife and stabbed the Knight in the back of the head, causing it to drop it's gun and disintegrate. Right as she began to fall back to the ground, Lily then pulled out her MA5C Assault Rifle and fired at Chung's targeted enemies. As soon as lily made contact with the ground, she quickly grabbed the dead Knight's Suppressor with her left hand and sprinted through the enemy forces, dodging hit after hit and firing at all the targeted enemies around her.

While Chung finished creating the shockwave, a Promethean Crawler jumped at Chung, ready to maul it's adversary.

As Lily attacked the marked enemies a series of missiles kept raining down on them from seemingly nowhere. The missiles were quite weak, but were adding a decent amount of power to Lily's attacks.

Suddenly Chung was attacked by a Promethean Crawler.

"SHIT!" He cursed as he got an idea. "Wonder Wall!" He yelled as suddenly his shoulder guards flew off, smacking the Promethean Crawler that lunged at him back away. As soon as the shoulder guards returned he was surrounded by a blue spherical aura that absorbed 70% of damage he receives for the next 60 seconds.

At that exact moment, lily sprinted up to the Crawler and in a split second, grabbed the Crawler by the neck and slammed it into the ground. As the Crawler tried to get back up, Lily stomped on it's head, causing sparks to fly and for the Crawler to disintegrate. Just then, a Covenant Elite lunged at Chung with an energy sword.

Chung turned around only to be greeted by a lunging Elite. "AH!" Chung yelled as he quickly slid underneath the Elite as it lunged at him. "Lily help!" Chung yelled as he quickly hopped back to his feet.

He then began running, with the Elite following close behind, the Elite was gaining on him quite quickly. Chung knew that the Elite could probably easily cut through his armor.

Training Room - Sector 4

Lily spun around and saw the Elite closing in on Chung.

"HEY!", Lily yelled as she sprinted at the Elite. The Elite spun to Lily's direction and stabbed at her torso. Lily dropped to her knees and slid under the Elite's sword, stopping right in front of the Elite. The Elite looked down, only to be greeted by Lily rising up and ramming her fist into it's stomach. Right as the Elite left the ground, Lily then followed up her uppercut by grabbing the Elite by the foot, slamming it into the ground, and shooting the now unshielded Elite in the back of the head with her MA5C. Just as she finished the Elite, a Promethean Knight attacked her, nearly stabbing her with it's Hardlight Blade. Lily quickly sidestepped and jumped onto the Knight's arm. The Promethean Knight promptly grabbed Lily and threw her off, now having it's back facing Chung. Lily could see that Chung had a perfect shot and nodded, giving Chung the signal to fire.
