I'll try that, but whenever I do calm down I get all stressed out again over every little thing. Didn't help when there was police men knocking at my door. I thought I was in trouble for something, when in reality someone had called the cops on my neighbors for "disturbing the peace" with incredibly loud music... when I didn't even hear any music... A lot of people in the apartments around mine really hates my neighbors for some reason... I mean this was the second time this month someone had called the police on them.

All because of my Ex-girlfriend had moved back into town last week. She had made my life a living HELL after I found out she was cheating on me. That was 4-5 years ago. She moved back into town, and is still trying to make my life a living hell.

I feel like I can't even go to work without her showing up just to get on my nerves. I'm trying to not let her get to me, but it's kind of hard with what she had done to me in the past.

I've TRIED to let things go, but after she caused so much emotional stress for me I find it hard to.
I do ignore her though. It's just she caused a lot of problems for me in the past years of my life.

I'm trying to let go of it. Still kinda hard whenever I see her, because when I do she TRIES to make me remember what she did.

Either way I'm just not going to talk about it, and do something else to take my mind off things.
