        John aimed for the middle of the dark Spartan's back, and fired.

            As he got hit a blast of darkness shielded him knocked the spartan down.
            The replica justb started laughing at what just happened.

            The replica then disappeared behind a cornor.

              John sprinted around the corner and looked at his radar, ready for any disturbances.

              He would quickly switch his gaze from his radar, to his surroundings, then back to the radar.

              John had his gun at the ready, ready to put holes into the dark Spartan.

                        "I'm not afraid of darkness.", John said in an annoyed tone as he formed darkness in his hand.

                        "I'm afraid of losing my friends because of it.", John then said as he extinguished the darkness.

                        "How about we end this sh*t. I'm going to get you removed, just like removing cancer. As for the clone, well let's just say that I know my own armor's weaknesses. As for the darkness, that can be broken as well. If you're going to actually do something, then do it so I can kill you again. If not, then leave."

                        "I'm not going to be consumed by the darkness, I now have a reason to keep going.", John said, referencing his friends and Yukari.

                        "I'm honestly surprised John forgave him. I wonder why... Anyway, I still need to tell Yukari, Rumia, and Yuuka about John, but I should have enough time before he gets back.", Jason said as he continued to work.

                              He hated Ansem. He was a cancer inside John's mind, always watching, waiting when he closed his eyes and laughing when he fell.

                              John walked until he finally saw the dark Spartan's energy signature.

                              Not only that, he saw a friendly on it too!

                              John readied his Berret .950 JDJ and ran towards the dots on his radar.
